No Returns or Exchanges on perfumes once delivered, unless:

You received a completely different product.

The item was damaged in transit (photo proof required).

Unboxing Video is Mandatory in case of claims.
Please record a video while opening your package for any return or replacement request to be considered. -
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
💸 Refunds Policy
