We take pride in offering high-quality fragrances at affordable prices. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality and hygiene for all customers.

🔄 Returns Policy

• No Returns or Exchanges on perfumes once delivered, unless:

  • You received a completely different product.

  • The item was damaged in transit (photo proof required).

• Unboxing Video is Mandatory in case of claims.
  Please record a video while opening your package for any return or replacement request to be considered.

• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

💸 Refunds Policy

• No refunds are offered for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse.

• If your return claim is approved (in rare cases), refund will be:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days

  • Sent via original payment method or UPI transfer
