1. Are your perfumes original?
Absolutely. All our perfumes are 100% authentic. We source directly from trusted global suppliers. Every product — whether tester, retail pack, or ScentShot — undergoes quality checks before dispatch.
2. What’s the difference between a tester and a retail pack?

Tester: Same original fragrance, usually without fancy packaging. Some come without a cap but are never used.

Retail Pack: Sealed in original brand packaging — ideal for gifting.
3. What are ScentShots?
ScentShots are our travel-size 25ml decants filled from original perfume bottles. Great for sampling, gifting, or carrying on the go.
4. Are your prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, the price you see is the final price — no hidden charges.
5. How much is the delivery charge?

6. How long will delivery take?

7. Can I pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently accept prepaid orders only.
8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
9. Do you take bulk orders?

10. Do you offer gift packaging?

11. An item I wanted is out of stock. How will I know when it’s back?
