At Pick-a-Perfume India, we take pride in offering high-quality fragrances at accessible prices. Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene considerations, we follow a strict but fair return policy.
Returns Policy
Perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, except in the following rare cases:
- You received a completely different product than what was ordered
- The product was damaged during transit (photo/video proof required)
🔴 Unboxing Video is Mandatory
To be eligible for any return or replacement claim, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
⏱️ Time Limit for Claims
All return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not offered for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- If a return or replacement claim is approved (in exceptional cases):
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited via the original payment method or UPI transfer
How to Raise a Return Request

- Order ID
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos/videos of the received product

Products returned without valid proof or beyond the stated timeframe will not be accepted
