๐Ÿ” Refund & Return Policy โ€“ Pick-a-Perfume India

At Pick-a-Perfume India, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (personal fragrances), we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and safety for all our customers.


๐Ÿงด 1. Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for perfumes once delivered, unless:

  • You have received a wrong product
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • The product is expired or otherwise defective

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tested perfume bottles.


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ 2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order is:

  • Broken or leaking
  • Missing items
  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos or a short video of the item(s) and outer packaging
  • Your order number and full name

Weโ€™ll review the issue and offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund, based on the situation

โŒ› 3. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • Issues must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the package
  • After this window, we are unable to entertain refund or replacement requests

๐Ÿ’ธ 4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once approved, refunds will be:

  • Processed to your original payment method (e.g. Razorpay, UPI, card)
  • Reflected in 5โ€“7 business days, depending on your bank

We will notify you via email once the refund is initiated.


โŒ 5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if:

  • You contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, and
  • The item hasnโ€™t already been shipped

Once dispatched, the order is final and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

Please email us at support@pickaperfumeindia.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos/videos as evidence

We aim to respond within 24โ€“48 working hours.


โš ๏ธ 7. Non-Refundable Conditions

We cannot offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Fragrance not matching personal preference
  • Mild leakage due to pressure/temp variation (within permissible limits)
  • Opened or used products
  • Delay caused by the courier after dispatch
